The SVCDD (South Village Community Development District) board meets monthly and are open to the public. Meetings are held generally held on the first Tuesday of the month at the Residents Club at 6:30pm.  

Due to website compliance statutory requirements, SVCDD information such as minutes, agenda packages, budgets, and meeting schedules, are now posted on the district's official website -  And starting January 1, 2017, those same documents will be available on this site.

For information regarding paying off the bond portion for individual property, please contact Sheryl Fulks or Shelby Sovine at Governmental Management Services.  Remember, the Operations & Maintenance portion is NOT included in the payoff amount.  This is still collected annually as part of your tax bill.

Eagle Landing is but the residential portion of a much larger governmental entity legally designated as “South Village Community Development District.”

The CDD is a form of local government created by the Florida State Legislature which has very specific, yet hold fewer powers than a city or county.

The Board of Supervisors consists of five residents who are elected for a period of 4 years in the general election.   The CDD Board meets monthly and meetings are open to the public.

Meeting agenda, minutes and other documents of interest can also be found on the official South Village CDD website. They are also available at the CDD office at 3973 Eagle Landing Parkway.
